It's finally happened. After months of accusations, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has finally admitted he has smoked crack cocaine. Toronto has been bombarded with reports of this and now (allegedly) a tape of him smoking the drug has surfaced. Should he step down?

During a press conference, Mayor Ford said,

"Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine," adding he had done so "probably during one of my drunken stupors."

ABC News reports that the Mayor added;

"To the residents of Toronto, I know I have let you down, and I can't do anything else but apologize. I know I have to regain your trust and your confidence. I love my job. I love my job, I love this city, I love saving taxpayers' money. I love being your mayor,"

Surprisingly, Mr. Ford was quick to add that he is neither a drug addict nor an alcoholic and that he has no plans to step down. Would you be comfortable with a mayor, who controls so much money and has so much responsibility remaining in power with this problem?
