Soon, downtown Utica will have a new restaurant.  Utica's Union Station will be the home of Trackside, located in the former Blue Flag Room.

According to the Observer Dispatch, former Blue Flag chef Richard Goodman and his wife Cheryl Zammiello are leasing the space at the train station.  Trackside will serve family style food for lunch and dinner and will also offer lunch delivery.  The restaurant is scheduled for a December 1st opening.  Zammiello told the OD that she and her husband have wanted their own restaurant for fifteen years and they're excited it's finally happening.  I'm going to try it.  How about you?
