Traffic Lights Out in Utica This Afternoon
Traffic is crawling through portions of West Utica today as the area is dealing with dozens of intersections where traffic lights are out.
Police are directing traffic along the Arterial at Court, Warren, Noyes and Oswego street intersections. There are also traffic lights out along Genesee Street.
Some of the smaller intersections don’t have police officers directing traffic. Remember to treat those as 4-way stops.
