Guests at the April 29th  wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton will be dining on two cakes.  One will be chocolate.  Nothing unusual about that but the other kind of cake they've chosen might surprise you.

Their second cake will be a multi-tiered traditional fruitcake.  Fruitcake?  Isn't that what you dread receiving around the holidays?    The other cake might be more popular with their guests.  It's  called a chocolate biscuit cake and was a favorite of William's when he was a child.  Both cakes will be made by celebrity cake maker Fiona Cairns, who says Kate played  a big role in designing the cakes and had very definite ideas on what she wanted.
