Utica Comets Release 2016-17 Schedule

The Utica Comets have released their schedule for the 2016-17 season.

The Comets will open the season on the road on October 15th against the Toronto Marlies.

They'll play their home opener at the Utica Auditorium on October 26th versus the Binghamton Senators.  The growing rivalry with the Syracuse Crunch will reach a new level this season with 12 meetings between the two teams.

The Comets 2016-17 season will see the team play two games in NHL arenas. On November 26th, the Comets and Marlies will play at the Air Canada Centre, home of the Toronto Maple Leafs.  On  February  22nd, the Rochester Americans and the Comets will square off at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, the home of the Buffalo Sabres.

26 of the Comets 38 home games will take place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
