Over the summer of 2016, the City of Utica will host 10 free outdoor concerts after being named a winner of the Levitt AMP Grant on Tuesday. Utica competed with 39 other cities in 22 states for the grant, and was chosen by being voted into the top 15 before November 30, 2015.

The city will now get a $25,000 matching funds grant to host ten outdoor concerts this summer at Rutger Park.

According to the Downtown Utica Facebook page, the concerts will all feature 'high caliber' acts.

We will be sure to keep you updated on just exactly who the acts will be, and dates for the events as details become available.

Between Saranac Thursdays and this new concert series, Utica will definitely be rocking come summer 2016!
