Despite the fact you may be calling into work on a regular basis, Utica and Rome are in fact some of the healthiest cities in America.

This news comes from Gallup, The Utica/Rome metro tied for number 18 on the list with Yakima Washington. Not too bad when you constantly hear people complain about being sick in your office.

The survey looked at metropolitan areas for overall well-being, obesity, frequent exercise, frequent produce consumption, smoking, daily stress, and the uninsured based on Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index data from 2012 and 2013. Once they had all that data, they put together the healthiest towns/cities.

What was number one you ask? San Luis Obispo-Paso Robles located in California.
