In the Spring of 2015 a star was born out of Fultonville, NY. Teenager and timid musician auditioned for, powered his way through the battle and knockout rounds, and took home the honor of winning on the NBC hit series, 'The Voice.' Now, Sawyer Fredericks is bringing his talents back to Utica.

In conjunction with the Flags for Heroes event being put on by The Good News Center of Utica, Sawyer will be in the Veterans' Day Parade, and will perform a few acoustic songs at The Parkway Center following the parade. The date of the parade is Saturday, November 5th, 2016 at 11 a.m. Fredericks performance will be immediately following that parade and after he performs you can walk through the field of flags commemorating the service of both veterans and active duty military.
