The Conclave to replace Pope Benedict is underway at the Vatican.  Millions around the world are watching for white smoke from the Sistine Chapel.

After each vote of the College of Cardinals, the ballots are burned.  Black smoke indicates that the vote was not conclusive.  White smoke means a pope has been selected.  Watch live coverage from Vatican City:
