With the holidays upon us, the list of things to do seems to grow longer by the day.  Shopping, decorating, cooking, mailing, and so on.  Stress can soar during the holidays.  There are some things you can do to stop from getting all stressed out.

These four holiday stress buster tips are from Glamour magazine.

1.  Find the humor in things.  When you're feeling anxious, your blood pressure goes up.  When you laugh, down goes your blood pressure.  What makes you laugh?  Keep a funny picture nearby or have a funny video on your phone.

2.  Don't try to change the things that you can't change.

3.  Look for the silver lining.  If you're feeling stressed out buying all those gifts, focus on the positive which is you have so many people who you love.  "Positively reframing something curbs frustrations."

4.  Don't keep venting.  It can make negative feelings worse and makes us feel anxious.  Just let it go and move on.
