Flooding in West Utica – Video from Downer Ave

Sunday July 7 marks 10 days of flooding across Central New York. A heavy rain storm brought flooding to an area of the region that had not yet seen high water, West Utica.

This video was loaded to YouTube today (Monday, July 8) and shows water rushing down Downer Ave.

Downer Ave runs from Erie Street, across Whitesboro Street and dead ends at the Utica College campus.
