Forecast conditions here in Central New York are just as unpredictable as Santas arrival time on Christmas Eve.   If you're hoping to hit the slopes or start using your sled on Christmas you may have to wait. Things are looking wet but not necessarily white. The good news is traveling conditions shouldn't be too much of a concern. Plain rain is a whole lot better than freezing rain and ice.
