What Central New York Town Would You Buy?

It made national news last week when the entire town of Buford, Wyoming was sold.  The entire town, consisting of a store and residential home on 10 acres near Interstate 80 was purchased for $900,000.

So my question to you, if it were for sale, and you had the money, which Central New York town, village, city or hamlet would you buy and why?
