What Happens When The Vendor Cannot Honor Your ‘Seize The Deal’ Voucher?
Just as easily as money comes out of your account when seizing a deal, it can go back in. If not, what do you do when the venue is unable to honor your voucher? For example; your pet groomer now only grooms dogs, your favorite restaurant has burned down to the ground, or they’ve simply gone out of business. Here’s what to do.
If you’ve seized the deal from Manny’s Cheesecake or Depalma’s Restaurant the fact is they’re out of business. Seizethedeal.com should have, or will in the near future refund you’re payment directly back into the account they took it from. In other cases, you’ll need to request a refund. Here’s what to do.
1) Go to your seize the deal home page.
2) Confirm that the unusable voucher is listed in your ‘vouchers’.
3) Email them at email@example.com with the reason why your voucher is unusable and include your order number and bar code number.
The vendor with be notified of the cancellation and your voucher will be voided.
