Ask anyone about 'New York' style pizza, and they'll describe a thinner crust with plenty of fold-ablity. How about Utica pizza? The upside down style is famous in Central New York. But how about Buffalo? Is there a Buffalo style pizza?

Yes, it turns out there is. The subject came up recently on the Buffalo subreddit of Reddit. Buffalo pizza has a crust that's in-between New York thin and Chicago thick. Redditors seems to disagree whether it's a sweeter or spicier sauce, but they do agree on natural casing pepperoni - that's the smaller pepperoni that tends to cup and crisp when cooking with grease pooling in the pepperoni cup.
