What is the Dividing Line Between Utica and Syracuse? [VIDEO]

Sure people drive from Utica to Syracuse for Destiny USA and Syracuse folks drive to Utica for, um, chicken riggies, maybe. So where in the wide open Upstate New York country between these two cities does it switch from being a Utica-area to Syracuse-area. Believe it or not, I think we can pinpoint the exact spot.
