What’s the Hot Toy of 2011? There Isn’t One
It seems there's one every year, the one toy that every child clamors for. The one that's sold out on Black Friday by 6AM and leaves parents scrounging. In the past its been Cabbage Patch dolls and Tickle Me Elmo. So what's the must have toy of the 2011 holiday season? There isn't one.
Retailers are scratching their heads saying that no toy stands out among others this year. A spokesperson for Target tells the New York Times,
