Which Halloween Candy Does Central New York Hate The Most?

A few weeks ago, a list of the most popular Halloween candies by state was released. For the state of New York, our favorites are (supposedly) Sour Patch Kids, Candy Corn and Hot Tamales. This prompted us to ask all of you the opposite question - which candies are the absolute WORST?

We posted the image above on Facebook for you to chime in and let us know what you think is the worst Halloween candy. Here's some of the responses that were given:

• Whoppers
• Tootsie Rolls (this makes me sad, I like them.)
• Good & Plenty
• Smarties

The two that everyone agreed are probably the top two WORST candies are....

Mary Janes and Candy Corn!

I would just like to say I'm happy we here in CNY all agree that Candy Corn tops the list. I don't even know how it was included on the best list, but whoever was surveyed for that clearly has a bad taste in candy. Who eats Candy Corn for fun?? It's a decoration!! As far as Mary Janes go, there are still a few people who commented on the post saying they like them and still eat them. I'm not a fan, but hey, more power to you for being one.
