Who is Jennifer Greenburg Sexton? A Look at the “Crisis Actors” Theory
January 4, 2013 5:21 PM In the wake of the Newtown shootings, many rumors have sprung up around different aspects of the case. One of the more interesting is the investigation into ‘crisis actors.’ Are there people hired by the US government to stand in the media during traumatic events?
Perhaps you’ve seen a photo like this on your Facebook feed. The woman, if you believe it’s the same person involved in both Sandy Hook and Aurora shootings, is identified as the crisis actor, Jennifer Greenburg-Sexton:
The popular internet rumor verification site Snopes.com took a look at Crisis Actors and many other rumors surrounding the Newtown tragedy and have been able to either confirm or debunk them.
In terms of crisis actors actors, Snopes points out that many of the claims come from the site wellaware1.com, where they purport a theory that many famous and influential people in history are played by actors of an elite Greenburg-Sexton family.
On the conspiracy message board godlikecreations.com, there is an ongoing discussion of the theory:
They look younger in the photos, but the similarities are striking. If you look at the one photo and the video, their heights are pretty accurate. The top of her head lines up with the bottom of his nose. The second oldest girl looks like she could be the one at the beginning of the video a few years later. I find this info impressive, but then, Im no expert. This event is freaking out there to say the least.
I’ll leave the decision up to you if there is anything fishy going on.
