The year is winding down and TIME has named their person of the year.  He’s someone who’s had a huge impact on social networking.

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, has been named TIME magazine’s person of the year.  Not bad for a 26 year old who created Facebook  while studying at Harvard.  The site has over 500 million members around the world.   Some of the other people the editor’s at TIME say mattered this year are Conan O’Brien, Michael Vick, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, the trapped miners in Chile and President Obama.
