Winter isn't over yet. A massive storm could bring over a foot of snow to central New York according to the National Weather Service.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Monday night through Wednesday. T

* LOCATIONS...Oneida, Otsego, Delaware, and Sullivan counties.

* TIMING...Snow is expected to develop Monday night, possibly becoming heavy on Tuesday, and persisting into Wednesday.

* ACCUMULATIONS...Snow accumulation of up to a foot or more possible.

* IMPACTS...Heavy snow could make travel very dangerous. Roads could become snow covered and slippery.

How much snow we'll see is "depending on the track, strength, and speed of the storm," according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton.

Worst case scenario is up to 20 inches in central New York. The more like scenario is a foot. Either way, the late Winter storm will at least bring enough to cover the ground and make us all wish for Spring.
