* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST
  PENNSYLVANIA...MOSTLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE INTERSTATE 81
  CORRIDOR.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW...POSSIBLY STARTING AS A PERIOD OF MIXED
  PRECIPITATION EARLY TUESDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 7 INCHES OR MORE POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BY EARLY
  TUESDAY. PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME ALL SNOW BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON
  OR NIGHT...WITH SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE. OCCASIONAL
  SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
