If you feel like you’re the best multi-tasker in your home, you may be right. According to a new study, women are the ultimate multi-taskers.

Researchers found that the emotional experience of mult-tasking is very different for mothers and fathers. Working moms have to multi-task more frequently than working dads, but it is surprising that the multi-tasking experience feels more negative to moms than dads. Working mothers spend about nine more hours per week multi-tasking than do working fathers 48 hours per week for moms compared to 39 for dads.

Also according to the study moms end up feeling more stressed and conflicted when they multi-task than dads.

Do you think this has much truth?
