For lots of Americans, going to work doesn't just mean punching the time clock.  It also means increasing their waistlines. 

More and more American workers are packing on the pounds during the workday.  Forty-four percent of Americans have gained ten or more pounds at their current job, according to a recent CareerBuilder.com survey.  Fourteen percent have gained twenty pounds.  The reasons for the weight gain include stress, eating out with clients or co-workers, parties at work, sitting all day on the job and snacking on goodies your co-workers bring in.  Have you put weight on at your current job?
