The Wuzzels – Nostalgia Cartoon

Remember The Wuzzles? It was an American cartoon series created for Saturday morning kids television, and was first broadcast on September 14, 1985 on the CBS network. What set these folks apart was that each Wuzzle was a mutation of two different kind of Smurf like animals. Do you remember Bumblelion? That was the Bumblebee and Lion Wuzzle. Or Eleroo, the Elephant and Kangaroo combination?

Here is part the show, Crock around The Clock. I believe the "Shock" around the clock label is an error.

I've noticed that all the characters had wings on their backs, yet only Bumblelion and Butterbear seemed to be able to fly. All of the Wuzzles lived on the Island of Wuz, kinda figures.
