Another sign the month is going way too fast and the year is almost over.  Yahoo and Bing's top searches for 2013 have been announced.  You know Miley Cyrus has to be somewhere on the list but who or what else was everyone searching for online this year?

Female celebrities dominated Yahoo's searches.   Only one male celeb cracked the top ten searches.

MIley Cyrus' appearance with Robin Thicke during the MTV Awards this year had people talking about it for weeks and weeks.  Then there was her feud with Sinead O'Connor.  Miley Cyrus was everywhere in the second half of the year, so it's not exactly a shock to see her land at the top for Yahoo's top searches of 2013.

Who else and what else was super popular for Yahoo searches this year?

Another celebrity we couldn't escape this year was Kim Kardashian who was the second most popular  search of the year.  No doubt the arrival of her baby girl North only added to the Kardashian media frenzy.

The rest of Yahoo's top searches:

3.  Kate Upton

4.  Minecraft

5.  Selena Gomez

6.  Obamacare

7.  Amanda Bynes

8.  Jodi Arias

9.  iPhone 5

10.  Justin Bieber

As for Bing's top searches of the year, female pop stars ruled:

1.  Beyonce
2.  Kim Kardashian
3.  Rihanna
4.  Taylor Swift
5.  Madonna
6.  Justin Bieber
7. Nicky Minaj
8.  Amanda Bynes
9.  Miley Cyrus
10.  Barack Obama
Who were you searching for this year?  I'm kind of surprised that the royal birth this summer of Prince George didn't crack the top ten.  Oh that's right, baby North stole the spotlight.
