We New Yorkers love our hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches and other delicious foods. And we love making them more delicious with various condiments.

A product rating company named Influencer studied our condiment consumption, state by state, and released its list of The Most Popular Condiments For Each U.S. State. In the Empire State, it's not mustard or ketchup or even salsa, which is hard to believe, considering the sheer tonnage of brats and coneys and burgers and chips and tacos we eat. Our #1 condiment is a bit of a surprise.

Nutella.

Yup, Nutella. And, it's also #1 in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Virginia.

As for other states, Beth says she wants to move to South Dakota, where Jif Peanut Butter is #1. Meanwhile, Skippy Peanut Butter products are favored in Vermont, Montana and Wyoming. And, you could pair those states with Maine, where Marshmallow Fluff is the preferred condiment.

Thrillist.com has a full map with every state's favorite here. What's your #1 condiment?
