If you aren't able to cast a vote on Election Day, you can vote by using an absentee ballot instead, but time is running out.

Today - Monday, November 5, 2018 - is the deadline to apply for an absentee ballot in Oneida and Herkimer Counties. In order to have your ballot counted, you'll need to go to your local Board of Elections and apply for the ballot. You can either fill out the ballot there, or mail it in - but it MUST be postmarked by today, Monday, November 5.

In Oneida County, you can apply for a ballot, and submit it at the Oneida County Board of Elections, Union Station, 321 Main Street 3rd Floor, Utica. They're open from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

In Herkimer County, the Board of Elections is located at 109 Mary Street, Suite 1306, Herkimer. They're open from 8am - 5pm.
