Prom, a night to remember. But for one Rome couple it's was so much more than getting dressed up to go to the school prom. Gage Smith, a special needs boys at RFA had the night of his life with his date Kendra McLeod.

Gage's mom Sam Smith says his favorite part was seeing his date pull up. "He waited all day and was constantly asking when she would arrive."

After pictures at the house, a limo took the kids to the train station for more pictures were Gage's parents watched a group of gentlemen pull him into a "guys only" picture. "It made his father and myself extremely happy and proud," says Smith.

Kendra says they had a great time at the prom and Gage was so excited about being all dressed up. "Someone told him he looked very sharp and he replied, 'thank you my date is very pretty as well.'"

Despite the rain, the weather didn't dampen their spirits  "Gage was such a gentleman. It was raining and he made sure that I didn't get wet," Kendra says.

The night was one the kids won't soon forget, especially Gage who told his mother the next morning, "Kendra kissed me, and I liked it."
