What's up! I'm Val and I host the mid-day show here on WRRV. I began working here wayyyy back in 2005, and after a little break, I've been back home at WRRV since 2018! Pearl Jam, Shinedown, Coldplay - they top my favorites list, but these days it's all about AJR thanks to my 6 year old - the kid has a great ear for music, but I mean, are you surprised?! :) Let's make plans to hang out Monday-Saturday 10am-3pm, and don't forget to get your nostalgia on with me weekdays from 12-1pm for the Throwback at 12!
