Brenda Song Joins ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Spin-Off ‘Station 19′ for Multi-Episode Arc
From hotel heiress to... firefighter?
Brenda Song, most famous for her role as spoiled rich girl London Tipton on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, has been cast for an upcoming role on Station 19.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Song will join the Grey's Anatomy spin-off series for a "multi-episode arc" starting Thursday, March 22, during the show's two-hour premiere.
Details on Song's role, unfortunately, are currently unknown. The actress most recently appeared on two episodes of Superstore in 2017. She has also appeared on series including New Girl, Scandal and Key & Peele.
Station 19 is an upcoming action-drama series that follows the story of a group of Seattle firefighters. The show, which is produced by creator Stacy McKee, Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers, is the second spin-off to Grey's Anatomy.
Season 1 will see ten episodes aired.
Starring Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George, Grey Damon, Barrett Doss, Alberto Frezza, Jay Hayden, Okieriete Onaodowan, Danielle Savre and Miguel Sandoval, Station 19 premieres March 22 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
