Additional Information

On March 13th, 2019, Scott and Ria Chase lost everything in a house fire on Woodhull Road in Forestport. They did not have House Insurance.
Scott and Ria both suffered some burns that will scar, making sure their youngest son, and another son (who was visiting from college) got out of the house. They barely made it out with their lives.
They have 4 boys, 3 away in College, and their youngest autistic son who lives at home.
Scott is disabled and cannot work, and Ria owns a home-based business "BohoRi", and works part time as the Senior Recreation Director in Forestport. Ria lost all of her inventory and equipment for her business.
With the house fire, they lost their old minivan. The driver’s side melted. Currently they cannot check to see if it can be fixed because the keys were in the house, along with the title, so they cannot drive it or have it worked on, or even sent to junkyard.
Their son, Quinn is 100% dependent on their parents for his care. He is having a very hard time with staying at a different place, different clothes, different furniture, different schedules etc.
The Forestport community is coordinating a Benefit for the Chase Family on June 1st, 2019. The event will be held at the Forestport Fire House on River Road Forestport. We are hoping to be able to help them raise some money to be able to get a place they can call home and establish a routine for Quinn. There is also a “GoFundMe” Page on Facebook.
Is there is any way you can help with a donation of any kind, to the Chase Family? Please feel free to call me, contact by mail, or email me. Would gladly pick up any donation. It would be greatly appreciated.
