Holland Patent Middle School Principal Charged With DWI

The principal at Holland Patent Middle School is facing DWI charges.

36-year old Charles Pratt of Sauquoit was arrested over the weekend by Utica Police during a traffic stop on River Road near Cosby Road.

Police say Pratt was driving without his headlights on.

Pratt is charged with three counts of DWI, including aggravated DWI.

He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
