Sauquoit Man, 27, Killed In Lewis County ATV Accident

A 27-year-old Saquoit man has been killed in an ATV accident.

State Police in Lowville say Timothy Bohling died in the crash Saturday night in Lewis County after failing to negotiate a curse on North South Road in the Town of Greig.

The single ATV involved in the accident was traveling south on the North South Road, when it failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and struck a tree, police said.

Bohling was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse and later died from his injuries. Authorities say they are still investigating.
