An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-month-old boy whose mother was found murdered on Thursday.

UPDATE: 04/29/16  3:52 PM  Alicia Seelbach was arraigned in Herkimer County Family Court this afternoon a charge of child neglect and released. UPDATE: 04/29/2016  11:42am  New York State Police say that Alicia Seelbach turned herself in to Utica Police this morning.

UPDATE: 02/23/2016  4:41am Ryan Lawrence was reported taken into custody overnight.  Crews are continuing to search for 21-month old Maddox Lawrence, who was not with abduction suspect Ryan Lawrence at the time.

State Police cancelled this Amber Alert at 8:14 p.m on Friday night. We'll update you with more information as it become available.
