A group of four faces charges in an alleged assault and robbery that took place in Utica in December.

The Rome Police Department is seeking the public's help in an investigation into a serious assault case. In the early hours of Monday morning, a male resident of Curtis Street in Rome was awakened by the sound of his car alarm. When he exited his residence he discovered three men looking through his vehicle.
