Two Rome men are getting kids ready to go back to school with a record number of backpacks filled with supplies this year.

Paytin Synakowski is giving away 50 backpacks stuffed with school supplies to other kids who need them.

Back to school means pencils and notebooks, and now, sadly, bulletproof backpacks.
