My heart was pounding when I first saw this baby trapped on a first floor apartment store awning. She was just feet away from a tragic fall when a neighbor saw the child and did a very heroic thing.

Maybe it's just me, but after a couple of slip and falls, I'd be looking for salt or a sign in an attempt to prevent an injury. Is it innocent fun or bad parenting...and how about when the kids joins in and laugh along with Dad?
