The Utica City School District voted on Tuesday to delay an "in-person" return to classes beginning on September 8th. Prior to Tuesday's meeting, the district was moving forward bringing students back into the classroom.
While the Coronavirus pandemic hit nursing homes, The Grand Healthcare System facilities did all they could to ensure the safetyof its residents and staff.
Bars and restaurants throughout Utica, Rome, Syracuse, and the Central New York area of the state will no longer be allowed to serve alcohol to customers unless they also order food.
Those receiving Unemployment Insurance through New York State here in the Utica, Rome, and Syracuse area may be able to collect benefits for up to 59 weeks.
