A New York police officer is a hero for a second time. After just receiving an award for pulling a woman from a burning home, the officer pulled a dog from a frozen pond.
Registered Nurse Jennifer, who works at The Grand Adult Day Health Center in Rome, received news that one of her patients named John had been admitted to the hospital. The unfortunate other side of that, was that her patient's dog had to be surrendered to the Rome Humane Society.
This new legislation is great news for dog owners especially for those with bully breeds like American Pit Bull Terriers, English Bulldogs, Bull Mastiffs, and Bull Terriers.
