The Prize Patrol from Publishers Clearing House was in Upstate New York to award one Syracuse resident a $1,000,000.

Callers are telling New Yorkers they've won a boatload of money and a new vehicle in the Publishers Clearing House but unfortunately, that's not the truth.

We received a tip from Dawn, who's from Utica, and who lives in Georgia, and she described a scam her friend experienced.
