All of Central of New York has been following the plight of the dogs at the Road to Home Rescue in Utica. We have some good news to share about one of the dogs.

Much attention has been paid to the conditions at a Broad Street warehouse in Utica, that is currently home to about 50 dogs. Volunteers are working to clean up and place the dogs. Here's how you can help.

You can smell the urine and feces before you enter the building. It's just one sign of the nearly 60 dogs that have been left behind at a Broad Street warehouse.

An email calling for action to ''save these dogs from their life of misery'' and to shut down a Utica animal shelter is being sent to local residents. What's your opinion?
