A massive pile-up on Interstate 81 near the Oswego-Jefferson county line between Syracuse and Watertown shut down a portion of the highway today.

During a radio show called 'The Hotline' broadcast on Watertown's WATN, the host goes on a diatribe comparing Watertown to Utica.  He finds many faults with our fair 'Handshake City' claiming Utica is a 'junkhole' and 'they have hookers down there.'
