The 2012 Summer Olympic Games are a few months away in London, and that means that an Olympic torch is progressing somewhere through the British Empire.  It was 11 years ago that the Olympic spirit was felt in Utica as the torch passed through before the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.

Dave Williams carries the Olympic Torch through Oneida Square in Utica.  That would look different today as this took place years before the roundabout was installed on Genesee Street.
