A Fresh Look at ‘Utica Struggles’ – Utica Clock

The 'Utica' clock is a downtown landmark found at the corner of Genesee and Washington Streets.  The Getty photo shows the landmark at night rather than the nice landscaping surrounding it.

This central part of downtown is anchored by the Bank of Utica and the region's tallest building, the New York State Office Building.
