Bill Cosby has stayed mum on the allegations he raped several women, but now video has surfaced in which he tackles the subject. And it's what happened after the interview that's making waves.

In an interview with the Associated Press that took place on November 6, the reporter asked Cosby, 77, to respond to the claims. The comedy legend, who's facing a career backlash now, said, "There's no response." He added further that he had no comment on the matter because he didn't want to compromise the reporter's integrity.

After the interview ended, Cosby, flanked by his wife, Camille, brought up the line of questioning:

Can I get something from you, that none of that will be shown? I'm asking your integrity that since I didn't want to say anything but I did answer you, in terms of I don't want to say anything, of what value will it have ... I would appreciate it if it were scuttled.

The reporter made no promises, but Cosby put on a full-court press to keep the exchange buried.

I think if you want to consider yourself to be serious that it will not appear anywhere...We thought, by the way, that because it was AP that it wouldn't be necessary to go over that question with you.

Cosby continued to use the "integrity" argument in the hopes of squashing the segment in what is the latest development in the growing scandal in which more than a dozen women have claimed he sexually assaulted them.
