A magnitude 4.8 earthquake shook southern Ontario this morning (May 17) and was felt throughout northern and central New York. Is Sno picnic on the streets of nearby Gloversville New York. That is if you're an ice cream truck driver. Police say that Mr. Ding-A-Ling had sold ice cream on the neighborhood streets for about a week and suddenly Sno Cone Joe told him it was his turf. Apparently Sno Cone Joe then threatened Mr. Ding-A-Ling by following his trucks around to lure customers away. Both Sno Cone Joe and his girlfriend have been arrested for stalking and harassment.
