Veterans Day is coming up and restaurants and other businesses in Central New York are offering great deals to honor Veterans and active duty military.

Veterans Day is this Sunday, November 11 - a day set aside to honor the service and sacrifice of Veterans. Across Central New York, there are some great deals for Veterans and active duty military. You'll need a valid military ID to get these deals. According to newyorkupstate.com - here's a list of some great local deals.

Restaurants

• Applebee's - Veterans and active military can get a free full-sized entree from a special menu on Nov. 11.
• Buffalo Wild Wings - Veterans and active duty service members get a free small order of boneless or traditional wings and fries on Veterans Day.
• Chili's - On Nov. 11, veterans and active military members can choose from a select menu of entrees to get for free at Chili's Restaurants.
• Chipotle - Active duty military, reserves, national guard, military spouses and retired military get a buy-one-get-one-free entree at Chipotle on Nov. 11.
• Denny's - Active and inactive military personnel can enjoy breakfast at Denny's on Nov. 12 from 5 a.m. to noon with a free Build Your Own Grand Slam.
• Dunkin Donuts - Veterans and active duty military are eligible to receive a free donut of their choice with no purchase necessary on November 11.
• Friendly's - Friendly's will be offering a free Big Two Do breakfast or All American Burger for lunch or dinner, to guests with a valid military ID or honorable discharge card on Sunday, November 11.
• Little Caesars - Veterans and active military members receive a free $5 Lunch Combo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 11.
• Red Lobster - On Nov. 11 and 12, Red Lobster is offering a free appetizer or dessert to all veterans, active military and reservists with a valid military ID.
• Ruby Tuesday - Get a free appetizer of up to a $10 value on Nov. 11 with a military ID at Ruby Tuesday.
• Starbucks - Veterans, active military and military spouses can get a free tall brewed coffee on Veterans Day.

• Home Depot - All active duty personnel, reservists, retired military, veterans and their families (with an ID card), get 10% of in-store purchases on Veterans Day.
• Lowe's - Lowe's stores will offer all active, reserve, honorably discharged, retired military personnel and their immediate family members a 10 percent discount on in-store U.S. purchases made on November 11.
• Target - From Nov. 4-12, military members and veterans with a valid ID can get 10% off in-store and online purchases.
• Tractor Supply Company - Veterans, active military members and their family members can get 15% off their purchases at Tractor Supply Company stores on Nov. 11.
