Saturday and Sunday the Mill Chef at the Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard continues their Taste of Fly Creek Series with flavorful BBQ Baths and Soaks for meat and poultry.
Spicy Asian Honey Bath and Asian Ginger Wasabi Bath are both marinades designed to add intense flavor to chicken and beef. The Chef will grill and offer samples of meats that have been bathed and refrigerated for two days to maximize flavor. Additionally pork will be grilled and sampled after being soaked in the Mill’s 1856 Bourbon Peppercorn Chop Soak. A special Grill Spa Kit will be offered at a two-dollar saving with purchase of all three sauces.
