Herkimer County Community College and the Herkimer ARC will present the musical group “Flame” on Thursday February 16^th. The concert will be held at the HCCC Physical Education building from 11am to 1:30pm. Flame includes members with developmental and physical disabilities and through the power of music they are spreading their message that everyone is capable of achieving great things.
